I also wanted to take this as an opportunity to thank EZ Rentals for the absolutely fantastic customer service I received when renting a Fisher & Paykel Smartdrive Washing Machine on the 13/08/10. From my first enquiry, I was well informed, your staff worked extremely hard to meet my needs and were very flexible with delivery times (which differed greatly from the several other companies I had also been in contact with). I couldn’t believe how efficient you were after recieving a brand new washing machine just two days after enquiring!! The fantastic service didnt stop there – on delivery Ken helped move and store my broken washing machine and installed the machine in record time making it all very painless.

I have previously been warned not to rent whiteware; but after using EZ Rentals I would not hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends and family. Fantastic service from start to finish!!
